Batch job XXXX cannot be updated to Waiting because user XXXXX does not exist or is disabled.

Problem Statement: 

        Batch Job Status is not able to change. While trying to change, got the following error.

            "Batch job XXXX cannot be updated to Waiting because of user XXXX  does not exist or is disabled."


 Step 1: Open the Batch Job under the Module >> Administration >> Inquiry >> Batchjobs.

 Step 2: Check the "Run By" User name.

 Step 3: If the user account has been disabled or does not exist. change the active user and Save it.


Step 4: Now you can able to change the status of the Batch Job.
